i hate customers that think they know everything!!! especially when they are totally fucking wrong!!! its so annoying! for anyone who has worked in retail, please agree!



ok... so i work in the paint department at Bunnings Melville and i have customers who constantly think that they know oh-so-more much than more than me! for example, i had a customer a couple of days ago asking for some paint to seal some pots, so i gave him the same colour paint that was on the chip and told him about the sealer binder he would need. and he went away. today... he came back and abused the shit out of me because apparently he wanted a CLEAR sealer for the pots and i gave him the totally wrong product. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN HIM THE CORRECT PRODUCT IF HE HAD TOLD ME THAT HE WANTED A CLEAR SEALER AND NOT HAVE GIVEN ME A COLOURED CHIP! STUPID MOTHERFUCKER!!!!

i also constantly have customer who think that they know where products are and go to the wrong isle when i tell them that yes "decking oil is in isle 18" and they come back and tell me that no its not in isle 17 and i feel like screaming at them "I KNOW ITS NOT IN FUCKING ISLE 17 CUZ I SAID ITS IN ISLE 18 YOU FUCKING MORON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
